The proposed pavilion provides isolated individual space in the heart of New York. It is designed to aid total relaxation of body and mind by walking on the reservoir and by slowly detaching an individual from the busy and crowded city.

At the center of the plat-form, people become isolated by the spatial condition of the reservoir while experiencing great scenery of central park and New York City as their backdrop.  The pavilion is geographically centered in Manhattan, and people can expose themselves to Central Park’s nature.
